There is no doubt that we as a species peaked in the 90s, and that the internet has been in a steady decay since 2003.
Gone are the personal websites, travel blogs and weird sites dedicated to something like toast, or frog postcards. Well, they're not all technically gone (yet) but it's not what people think about anymore when you mention the internet. Everything is big corpo wankery nowadays, with social media platforms hogging everyones attention and turning them into zombies. The enshittification is skyrocketing all over the web. It's a sad sight to be honest. So here is my corner on the web. Without targetted ads, spam or notifications. Seriously, fuck the norm.
And fuck the modern internet.
