Transitions Have Been Partially Disabled With The Summer Upgrade.
You can no longer use Transitions in email.Here is the code that I use to add a Transition affect to my pages. This code should go in the body area of your page, like this.

You can also replace SPINOUTIN with SLIDELEFT , SLIDERIGHT, SLIDEUP, SLIDEDOWN, WIPELEFT, WIPERIGHT, WIPEUP, WIPEDOWN.
