Well, this is THE most important picture on my page. I won second place for "Best Interior" for the 2001 Glow Off. Thanks for Street Glow and everyone else that made this happen. I had a very worthy competition and they all deserve their respects. OH YEAH, award does not actually glow. Gave it my little touch. By the way, in the middle is what a picture taken by a pro looks like. Hopefully soon I'll have an edited my part of the Spring Break Nationals video to post on this page also. Enjoy!
Well here's my baby. Two of my favorite pics so far. Got to love the one of the right. All 4 strobes went off. Trunk is open and the back seats folded down, that's the red 9" Chrome Mini Accent you see in the back. And if your wondering where the other two strobes are? Look a little above the red mini tube and you can see a little blue and red dot which are my two rear deck strobes. Oh yeah! And the headlights are Lexus style lamps. I get stares from oncoming cars because no Stang have projector lamps. HID conversion will make it look sweet and functional. You can also click on them and get a larger picture.
Ok, so this is my first digital camera. So you can bearly see the undercar neon and I used the flash! I'm learning though and hopefully I will take better pics. But for now, this is just to give you guys/gals an idea. Click on this pic to see my blurry pics without the flash. You can also somewhat see that the Mustang on the wheel cover are painted in with Gold paint. Just a little personal touch.
If you haven't figured it out already I went from front to back. The one on the left is with flash. You can somewhat see my lava tube on top and the lighted Ford logo. And yes, I painted the Mustang letters myself. Wasn't hard actually. On the right is the same but without flash. Heheh notice those 3 little water drops on the right picture? Just finished washing and drying the car just for this "photo shoot". Not good enough I guess! And as always, click on them to get a larger view.
Trunk is open displaying 3 of the 4 Chrome 9" Mini Accent tubes in there. So you can see the wall of my garage lit up on the left. And if your wondering where the 4th tube is? Look at the top right pic and see it back there? That's it! On the right you can see my two strobes in the back both lit up. That blue stuff? Hot Wirez which need to be straightend out. It's from the back seat that was enough to wrap around to the back. You'll see below what I mean a little better.
Inside the car, seats folded down. You can see here yet another red strobe in between the back seats and of course one of the two other strobes on my rear deck. By the way, all my strobes are hooked up to my alarm. The more visible the better if someone is trying to steal it! Plus a little backup explination if a cop trys to give me a hard time about them. And if you're wondering where my other 4 strobes are? Two are clear and in my backup light, and two are inside my hood where the hot air escapes out of the engine. I had two headlight neons in there also and I got SO many stares at night because of them. But right now they are being replaced and waiting to get them back. When I receive them I will take a couple more pics showing that off. You can now see two other blue Mini Accent tubes on my back windows. These also turn on when I open the door. There is a licence plate frame underneath the passenger side seat because this is the one I had in the back. But I kept getting stopped so much for it that I decided to put it to better use! Not visible in this picture, but thought I should mention it. It's a nice red, blue glow from the Mini Accents in the trunk and the blue ones in the window. Just so many colors in this pic I just had to take it! And ah yes on the right, we couldn't forget Taz. Sitting in the front seat taking this pic looking back at my Lava tube and two strobes and of course I didn't expect Taz to show up, but he did. Just a little sticker I picked up at Napa Auto Parts and thought it looked cool and subtle. It's supposed to be a sand blast looking sticker but since it's on top of my tint, it looks more like a silouet from the rear. Just gives that car that much more attitude.
Now for the Hot Wirez. There are a total of 6 kits here. You will only see 4 because the two green are going bye bye and being put somewhere esle. These turn on with my parking lights so they are always on at night. LOVE the looks I get from people next to me at a light. They go all around starting from one door, through the console, to the back trim (which can be seen on the right pic) and back around to the door it started at. Oh yeah, and figured out how to get it around my speaker grill without cutting it and leaving it one continious wire. Reason it looks broken up on the right is because the seat is in the way, the shift knob, the cell phone and the stearing wheel. Also in the left picture you can somewhat see an unfinished semi circle. This is the green wire. This one only turns on when you open the door. If I can make it a complete circle then I might leave it on. But it's a lot of work because I don't have enough wire to finish it. So very likely I will have to cut it and make extentions for it which will be very hard especially since moisture does get back there and could damage them all together. Heh, ok, so it almost looks like the Varad pics. Yes, that is where I got the idea from. But you've got to admit, it does look sweet. OH, and the two hovering wires on the top of the left pic, is not around my rear view mirror, it's just a reflection from the wire below.

I hope you enjoyed the page and gave me a chance to show off my Stang. Very proud of it and besides it lets me share with my fellow neon enthusists and maybe give them ideas or inspire them.
And don't worry I won't forget Street Glow for their products and giving me a hobby and something to do. Cops need to get a clue. There are worse things we could be doing but yet we're not. This is so harmless compared to what's out there, they should back up and let us be. Because if someone didn't have this hobby, then what else could they be doing? Just food for thought for all you legal people out there especially cops. And my little final though.
Other items were used other then Street Glow. Ford logo was bought from Rowells Inc. The headlamps are from APC. The switch panel (in my blurry section) is from Anderson Ford Motorsport but bought off Need For Speed, INC. Just thought I should give my dues and equal thanks to all these companies for the products I've used.
