WHAT'S NEW ON ALDOUS' HOST

Hoi, chummer. WizKid's my handle, whatzyers? I may be small now, but someday real soon I'm gonna be the baddest, toughest decker in the Matrix. Only---shhhhhhhh---I ain't gonna need no cyberdeck. No terminal, neither. That's right, you heard me. Maybe I gotta use a deck now, like you do, but someday I'm gonna give mine to somebody younger and you know what? I'll still be slidin' through the Matrix, even without it, and slicker'n you can, too. Know why? I ain't s'posed to tell, but I heard people talkin' about it other places. Besides, even if I do tell you you ain't gonna understand it. I ain't gonna need no 'puter to deck the Matrix 'cause I'm an otaku. Well, I ain't quite one yet, but I'm gonna be. I ain't yet had what the older ones call the Deep Resonance, but as soon as I do I'm giving my deck to Billy, 'cause I ain't gonna need it no more. Know what the Deep Resonance is? Betcha don't. Well, you know what? TOO BAD, 'cause I can't tell you! (giggle)

Anyways, I watch stuff on the Matrix. I watch real good too. I been watchin' this site since it started. That ALDOUS, he's pretty good. He got badder mojo even than the best otaku I seen. He knows I been watchin', even though I tried to hide from him. But he wasn't mad or nothin'. He lets me watch. He says to me, "WizKid, I want you to keep a list of every time something gets added to my host." Yeah, ALDOUS, the baddest dude in the 'Trix, picked ME to watch his site. You know why? 'Cause he knows talent when he sees it, that's why. So anyways, here's what's been goin' on on ALDOUS' Host.

• September 16: This page was added.

• September 17: Added counters to each of the subpages.

• September 18: Added navigator buttons and graphic credits to Dunkelzahn's Links and Resources Page.

• September 22: Added Captain Chaos' Scenarios page, and added links to it on the home page and on Dunkelzahn's page. Put borders on the link pictures on the home page, except for the Dunkelzahn image.

• September 23: Submitted the site for inclusion in the Shadowrun Webring and added a Webrings page.

• September 24: Standardized the internal navigation buttons across all pages. Site was accepted for membership in the Shadowrun Webring.

• September 25: Submitted the site for inclusion in the Cthulhu Webring.

• September 27: Began adding scenarios to the Scenarios page and changed to a better divider bar on that page.

• September 28: Tweaked the description of the first scenario on the Scenarios page, and started work on the associated Gamemaster Info page. Corrected art credits on the Links page, and added art credits to this page.

• September 29: Added player sites links to the Gaming Resources section of the Links page.

• October 1: FINALLY got the horror authors added to the Links page. Added specific reference to Call of Cthulhu on home page. Added descriptions of each subpage to the home page.

• October 2: Tweaked some descriptions on the Links page, and rewrote the introduction on the home page. Added internal navigation to the Opinions page.

• October 5: Added the gaming suppliers links to the Links page. Began adding more scenarios to the Scenarios page.

• October 6: More scenarios on the Scenarios page, and completed the detailed plot synopsis of the Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? Tribute.

• October 7: Worked on more of the vast supporting info for the Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep Tribute.

• October 8: Completed work on the Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? Tribute. This scenario is now up and ready to run!

• November 17: After a long work-induced hiatus, I added the "Lost in the Net" rant to the Opinions page and the sketch for a new Cthulhu adventure to the Scenarios page.

• January 16: Another long time has passed since I've worked on the page, but the site's membership in the Cthulhu Webring is now official. I have submitted the site for membership in the Role Playing Gamers Webring.

• January 17: The site was accepted in the Role Playing Gamers Webring.

• January 26: Put stats for Amra the Golden Lion on the characters page of the Alliance campaign.

• July 6: Added the sketch of a Foucault's Pendulum tribute scenario, using the Call of Cthulhu system for the Shadowrun universe, immediately post-Awakening.

• July 8: Cleaned up the Links page, removing or replacing dead links.

• November 16: Rounded out the horror authors links, and cleaned up the scenarios page a bit.

• December 8: Added the sketch of the Phage scenario.
