By Kythri's Bloody Claws - Kythri is probably a Shi'ar god or someone important. The bloody claw part is probably from a Shi'ar myth involving Kythri.

Talons of T'Thyees'Sha - Remember how Shi'ar had wings? I bet they had talons, too. This is probably like Kythri.
