Weatherford, Texas is a marvelous location full of many spectacular wonders. Among the more incredible accomplishments produced by the citizens of this community is the mighty Wall. A bold statement in architecture, the Wall was built in the olden days to protect the people of Parker County against the invading hordes of neighboring Mineral Wells. The Wall was originally conceived of as the first line of defense in an on going land dispute.
The vastly complex beauty and power of the Wall has lead to speculation that the ancient people of Weatherford had help in designing and building this masterpiece. Rumors persist to this day about alien visitors coming from the stars and sharing their knowledge with the tribes of old Weatherford. This point of view has grown wildly popular within some circles of Weatherford's intellectual elite. This belief has created a cult like organization which some people refer to as the Kangaroos. The name "Kangaroos" is a reference to the physical resemble of the space aliens, who are depicted on a number of occasions as being giant kangaroos..
