To be a Paladin you have to be a knight (if you do not know what you need to be a knight, all you need is to follow the code of Chivalry and have a lot of honor, there is a lot more but I will list only these otherwise we would be here for a long time.), and have a good heart.
Second you have to follow the code of Chivalry but in a more intense way, If you ever do something against the sacred code you lose your paladinhood unlike knights who tolerate minor offenses.
