Hello! Well, I guess you wanted to find out a little about me, so here it goes. I was born in Lawrenceburg, Indiana a little more than 23 years ago. I have always lived just outside of Versailles, Indiana. My short-term goal is to leave this area and to get out on my own.

I went to Tyson Elementary School, and then I went on to South Ripley Jr./Sr. High. Like most people I have talked to, I hated high school for various reasons. But we won't talk about that here. I played baseball three out of the four years of high school. My senior year, I also did Cross-Country. Throughout elementary, junior and senior high, I was deeply interested in art. I feel more than comfortable drawing with a pencil on a piece of paper, but I also painted some, and did quite a bit with clay. I always thought that I would like a profession in an art field, but I really didn't know where to go, other than an animator or cartoonist, so I let it go. I decided to go into teaching, because I love kids and history as well.

I went in Northern Kentucky University under the teaching program. After a year, I decided to switch majors, into psychology. After reality set in, I had to abandon that, and go back into teaching. This December should mark the end of my college days. I will graduate with a history degree and a minor in psychology.

While in school, a roommate showed me how to get a webpage. I signed up...but nothing came of it. It still meant nothing to me. After some time, I started to dabble with my page, adding to it and editing it. I showed my friend this wonderful new thing to play with, and he treated it as I did...no big deal. Soon he began to dabble as well. To make a long story short, I found something that I enjoyed doing and was still kind of "artsy".

My ultimate goal now is to get a great job creating and maintaining webpages. It sucks that I know what I know now, instead of about 5 years ago. If I could take it all back, I would go into programming without giving it a second thought. But I can't, and so I deal with the situation at hand.
