A Voice From Within
by Sarah Wipfler
One night there came a voice, a memory from days long ago.
When Candyland was a challenge, and my biggest fear was school.
The voice said to me "Remember, remember all you can."
So I did I remembered , and the memories cut through me like a knife.
All sense of reality had disapeared.
I lost the will to live, thinking that my memories were a product of insanity
But the voice came again.
It said "Don't give up, there are many like you."
"Find them and help them break their silence."
"Your voices combined can not be ignored."
