This section covers all the information a starting player (or even an experienced player) needs to play MRA. It does not cover things like the Front End Interface or the History of the Mystic Realms, because those are already in the Player's Manual, available with the game, and are largely unchanged. The point of this guide is provide up-to-date information on classes, spells, etc., and to cover the gaps not filled by the Player's Manual. Much of the information in this guide is taken from the Manual and the help files, and I have filled in a bit more, done editing where necessary, and reorganized things so as to make them easier to find.
That said, the Player's Guide consists of the following sections (listed in the rough order they should be read):
Getting Started: This section covers what to do when you start playing, and how to get established in the Realms, along with advice for new players.
Classes: This section covers all the classes currently implemented - descriptions, class skills, stat prereqs, and even long-term strategies for play.
Spells: This section is a list of all the spells and prayers in the game, along with descriptions of what each does.
Weapons and Armor: This is a discussion on weapon and armor skills, as well as the mechanics "behind the curtain".
Combat: This section covers the ins and outs of combat in MRA.
Skills: This section covers skills that aren't described elsewhere.
Commands: This is a list of all the non-combat, non-spell commands that are used in the game, with explanations of what they do and how to use them.
