Grandma Updates

Dec 22 , 2003

Grandma,
What do you say to a family who has lost 4 people in the last 5 months? Amy told me you are lonely... sounds good, but please don't ask for anyone else right now.

I'm worried about your sister. How is she going to handle not have you, and her brother and her husband? I'm crying for my cousin Erik, his kid will be born this year, and Uncle Jimmy would have been a great grandpa, that's not fair to take him now.

You know it was hard for us losing Grandpa in 84 right before Christmas, but at least we had 2 weeks between, 2 days between isn't enough time. It's sure not a Merry Christmas for the Randazzo's this year.

I was so happy yesterday. Ed and I spent the day shopping for ourselves. We went to your favorite store and instead of buying you a gift certificate like I did every year, we bought a new comforter for ourselves. I made believe you bought it for me.

I guess I'm glad the phone call came when we were on our way home and I could stop by Eileens to cry it out for a while. But Grandma you have to stop this. You can't be that lonely up there! You have so many people with you. Give us a break down here please.

I can't handle not having you as it is... is this suppose to make me stronger? Because all it's doing is pulling me apart.

And in the little computer world I was in, people are still up to the same old same old. I got news yesterday about some stupid drama I was suppose to have been all involved in. Every one things I stopped my group for some master plan with our other website, when all I want is to be left alone. 2003 had more downs that ups and I just want to start our new lives.

Ed starting his new job in the new year is a help. With the new job comes new beginnings...."Every new beginning begins with some other beginnings end" So I'm hoping this is hte end. I need that new beginning.

Hey and if you don't stop I won't name my first daughter after you :-P

I love you!

Maria
