Obi Wan Kenobi
Obi Wan Kenobi, or Ben, was Luke Skywalker's early mentor. Ben is very confined within the force, and has practically mastered it. He also gave Luke his first weapon, a lightsaber, the Jedi-Knight's weapon. Ben and Darth Vader have known each other for quite a time now and are definitely arch-rivals. Obi Wan is a kind-hearted character and full of mental powers due to the force's effect on him. He is, in my opinion, by far, the wisest man in the series.
