A slave trader whose mistress had an affair with Methos. In present day he was selling women as slaves and discovers the existence of Watchers by kidnapping Joe's daughter Amy. Using Amy he lured Methos to fight him but Methos proves that just because he didn't like to fight it doesn't mean he can't.
