Dark Frontier:

Disease:

And you thought "Favorite Son" was scary...this time, Harry catches a strange virus after being intimate with an alien! (You think I'm kidding?)

Bliss:

Disguising itself as a wormhole promising a shortcut home, an immense alien creature convinces everyone that everything is wonderful. Of course, what it really wants to do is gobble up the ship. But Seven, Naomi, and the Doctor, with the help of a "Captain Ahab"-type figure (played by Morgan Sheppard) save the day.

The Flight:

Voyager enters a patch of "chaotic space," and Chakotay goes on a vision quest--which eventually takes him into...boxing?

The Bride of Caotica:

A holodeck-centered episode conjured up to make up for the temporary lack of a bridge set...an alien race that exists only in "photonic space" thinks the Captain Proton program isreal and the "real" Voyager is fake...they wind up battling Chaotica, and find themselves needing the help of Voyager's crew to defeat him.

Down Deep:

Voyager encounters a planet made almost entirely of water, so they send down the Delta Flyer to investigate this scientific improbability. Our heroes find the device that makes the water planet possible, as well as hostile residents and giant ocean-dwelling monsters a la "20,000 Leagues Under the Sea".

Nothing Human:

An injured, slug-like alien joins itself with Torres, and to save both, the Doctor creates a medical hologram based on a Cardassian doctor to work on B'Elanna, against her protests. Her fears aren't unfounded, as it turns out, as the Cardassian holo-doctor begins to use some unusual and unethical methods to try and save her.

Infinite Regress:

Seven of Nine suffers from multiple personalities caused from a disorder the leads her to relive her assimilations through the eyes of her victims.

Timeless:

Set 15 years in the future, after Voyager made an attempt at using the slipstream drive to get home resulting in the death of every member of the crew, save Chakotay and Kim, who survive to make it to the Alpha Quadrant. Kim, feeling guilty about the death of the crew, devises a method to send a message back in time to Seven of Nine to warn her not to use the slipstream drive.

Once Upoon a Time:

When Voyager's new advanced shuttle, carrying Tom Paris and Samantha Wildman, disappears, little Naomi Wildman is left in the care of Neelix. To help her get through this traumatic time, Neelix conjures up a holodeck program based on Talaxian fairy tales.

In the Flesh:

Voyager discovers a training facility modeled after Starfleet Academy that Speices 8472 have been using to train for an invasion. Janeway eventually comes to an agreement to start peace talks with Species 8472.

Extreme Risk:

Voyager faces a battle of time when they face aliens while trying to construct a new shuttlecraft. A dark episode in which B'Elanna will come to terms with her Klingon heritage.

Drone:

Seven's Borg nano-probes and the Doctor's holo-emmitter give rise to a new form of a futuristic drone from the 29th century. Seven teaches him humanity but accidentally his subspace homing signal and the borg come after them. Realizing all the borg want is the new drone.

Night:

Voyager encounters a large "void" of space where they will be forced to travel without contact with other worlds or beings. The result leaves the entire crew in a state of cabin fever - and Captain Janeway doubting her decision to lead the U.S.S. Voyager on its original mission.
