Notes:
1. All Infantry and Cavalry stands (excluding Patrol stands, National Guard infantry stands, and stands belonging to infantry companies with designation higher than 30) have integral AT rifles.
2. Patrol stands may not combine to form Recon stands.
3. Self-ordering Motorized Cavalry stands may issue orders to their transport vehicles.
4. AFV stands are not self-ordering.

Methodology:
The aim of this conversion was to retain an accurate depiction of the opposing armies' operational formations, at the cost of sacrificing some TO&E accuracy above company level. Therefore each corps or army-sized formation has been reduced to a regiment or a battalion. Division-sized formations are represented by companies, with altered number and type of stands when necessary. Separate regiments and brigades are represented by self-ordering stands. Other troop units, such as reconnaissance cavalry and bicycle troops, are represented by patrol stands. The quantity of supporting weapons (AT guns, howitzers, etc.) was arrived at by calculating the ratio of such weapons per infantry company, then distributing them accordingly among higher headquarters, depending on the number of infantry companies under each HQ. Command stands other than belonging to infantry companies and higher-echelon (i.e., battalion and regiment) HQs have been deleted.

In contrast to the "bathtubbing" methodologies used in Barbarossa/25 or the "bathtub" armies published in the Command Post newsletter, the method used here does a better job, in my opinion, of preserving the differences of capabilities between various armies, not just the differences in size and equipment type. This difference is particularly stark in the case of Fall Weiss/25. Whereas Poland's largest mobile formation was a cavalry (or motorized cavalry) brigade, Germany fielded far larger mobile formations of more than one division apiece. This disparity is reflected in the Fall Weiss/25 OBs by the disparity between Polish self-ordering motorized infantry or cavalry stands, and German mobile battalions. Furthermore, by lacking motorized or AFV command (or even self-ordering) stands, the Polish player cannot create a larger motorized/cavalry/armored force that the historical Polish commanders could not create in 1939. The few Polish tanks and tankettes are therefore dispersed, as their historical counterparts were, among the slow-moving infantry companies.
