Hempire opened its doors February, 10, 1998 in Canmore Alberta, Canada. Founded by 23 year old Marsha Churchill, Hempire is the Canadian Rockies first Hemp Store. Soon after opening, exactly 16 days later, hemp farming was FINALLY legalized in Canada. It has taken a long time to convince the Canadian Government of hemp's excellent qualities & uses. But were finally here. So support hemp, but more importantly SUPPORT CANADIAN HEMP!
