under thte last question you need more options, I for instance would rather go up into the cockpit and sit with the pilot and copilot - others might prefer to open the emergency hatch and jump out. I really liked your midi's page that is soo cool!
you should make the math question a fill in form: that would be neat, so I could answer: 134451987214961349143132454252464574 if I really wanted to. Or you could add answers in binary or hex: that would be fun.
