"The Forest House" by Marion Zimmer Bradley (The Prequal to "Lady of Avalon")
"Lady of Avalon" by Marion Zimmer Bradley(the prequal to "Mists of Avalon")
"Mists of Avalon" by Marion Zimmer Bradley(the BEST book to buy if you are interested in tales of King Arthur through the eyes of the women from Avalon
(As for Marion Zimmer Bradley's books, all of them are REALLY good. "The Mists of Avalon" was the first book written and it dealt with King Arthur and everything within his time. This book book was so popular and people were extremely curious what happened before King Arthur was born that Marion Zimmer Bradley wrote two more books as prequals to the "Mists of Avalon" to tell the people how the wars came about and such.
Movies
"First Knight" with Sean Connery, Richard Gere, and Julia Ormond (this is good but it is based on the love story and not much else of the story...very good though)
"Merlin" the series special that was on T.V. a while ago (good effects but A LOT of the original story was missing and it was based on Merlin rather than Arthur and/or Morgana
