Ocean Home Care Location: Brielle, NJ Position: RN Case Manager/Flex Years: 30-50 hours/wk from Nov. 1994to June, 1997 Responsibilities: Full responsibility for caseload, bedside nursing, teaching patients and families, medications, communicating with managed care, supervision of home health aides. Shore Youth Center Location: Toms River, NJ Position: RN and Youth Worker Years: 10-40 hours/week from Nov.1991 to March, 1994 Contact: Gina Polese-Grosso at Preferred Behavioral Health, Lakewood, NJ. Responsibilities: As RN, responsible for all aspects of health for residential youth shelter. Did full health assessments on all residents, supervised all medications, taught health and first aide classes. Basic tenants of the program, Families In Transition were picked up by and utilized in the Ocean County Family Court, and then spread through the state of NJ. |
