Hi I'm dragonlife.
I am part of the community now!

I am decorating my cave and building my
"hoard of treasures" .
Please bear with me while I do this.

I am a 45 year old artist living on the west coast of Ireland
[which is very inspirational]
who loves all things fantastic and mythical,
but mainly dragons and unicorns.

Being a? Scorpio born in the Chinese Year of the Dragon :-
my favourite Dragons are Water and Fire Dragons.
My favourite colours are Blue , Green [like my eyes], Red , Yellow and Black.
I prefer Silver to Gold and love Rubies and Tiger Eye gemstones .
My favourite Dragons are Tolkein's "Christophylax Dives" [for the name] and Anne McCaffrey's “Ruth”.[I named my first car this!]
My favourite Dragon Tales are The Dragon Paths by Frena Bloomfield, The White Dragon by Anne McCaffrey and The Dragon and the George by Gordon R. Dickson.
My favourite Dragon films are Flight of Dragons and Dragonheart.

Of course I am not just into Dragons.
In the 'real world':-
I love Cats and could not envisage a home without at least one - I have two at the moment called Cobweb and Short Arse [Shorty for short!]. The latter one is a two year old black tomcat who arrived on our doorstep [by way of my daughter] as an abandoned two day old kitten who was not expected to live!

I like reading mystery, fantasy, thriller and horror books.
[Doesn't leave much else does it?] -
I am also into Astrology and Tarot, Chess and Genealogy.
between all these and my business and family lead a fairly full life.

some of my dragon and unicorn 'babies' reside in various rooms in this Den.
