Wallpaper is used for background on PC monitors. To use any of these graphics, click on the link, choose picture. For most Windows systems, you can right click on image, then choose, Save as Wallpaper. The image will appear on your desktop the next time you go to it. Or you can save the image to your hard drive. Go to Control Panel in My Computer (Windows 95/98), click on Display. Click on the Background tab. Click Browse and go to where you've stored the image. Click on image. Click on Tile (for full screen effect) or Center (single image will apprear in center of screen). Click OK. Your new wallpaper is loaded.
