Don't get me wrong!
I do like UFO very very much, but I also like to nitpick and
as I have not yet found a UFO-nitpick-site I thought I might start one.
I am adding new remarks, both 'nags' as well as 'I like its'
and there will be more...
My UFO-history:
It was many years ago when I first saw the series. It was in
the early seventies, we had a black and white television and the only foreign
transmitting stations we could receive were two German ones. And as the
German people always did and still do the voices were recreated in the
German language. Inspite of this I enjoyed the few episodes and
parts of episodes I did see.
One thing I remember quite clearly was one time I managed to watch the last few minutes of E.S.P. The first thing I saw was Croxley being shot in the back by Paul Foster. I never managed to like Foster very much after that moment.
As far as I know it has never been on the Dutch television.
So I was happily surprised to see that the BBC was broadcasting the series
and I was able to record those episodes on tape. And now I can enjoy them
in full-colour (purple wigs, wow), after all these years! And I really do enjoy it again after
so many years and see episodes I had never seen before.
I really was surprised to find so much information on the internet and obviously
so many people who enjoy it.
