Welcome to CleverGrrl's Institute for the Treatment and Support of Hardcore X-Philes. I conceived The AXFAT! Webring as a tongue-in-cheek support group for Philes afflicted with "All X-Files, all the time!" (AXFAT!) Syndrome. Our ranks include owners who have websites from every discipline and category. Step #1: Are You Worthy?

Do you have what it takes to join The AXFAT! Webring? Take the following quiz:

• Do you confound your friends with words like "'shipper," "noromo," "Ratboy," and "InfoBabe/UNiblonder"?
• Do you regularly sprinkle Mulderisms and Scullyisms into general conversation, only to have your friends stare at you with dawning horror because they have no bleepin' idea what you're talking about?
• Do you know the titles of the episodes before they're even posted to the official page?
• Do you spend more time on alt.tv.x-files/the net/checking e-mail than you do asleep?
• Have you ever, for one brief moment, spoken of Mulder and Scully as if they weren't fictional characters?
• Do you own an X-Files themed website?

If you answered yes to most of the above questions, AND YOUR SITE IS AN X-FILES SITE, NOT JUST AN UNRELATED PAGE WITH A COUPLE OF LINKS TO X-FILES MATERIAL, we AXFAT! sufferers invite you to share in our affliction. Continue to the next step...

Step #2: You're worthy. Now what?

1. Fill out the form below to add your site to the queue. Once it is in the queue, then I will review your site to ensure that it fits the above guidelines, and then I'll email you to inform you of your addition to the ring. You'll receive a personalized bit of code to add to your site by e-mail. Copy-and-paste the code onto your page - no modification needed!

2. Choose one of six sets of webring graphics to put on your page. There are so many great ones to choose from that you might actually have a hard time deciding.

3. Do you have your website on AOL? Are you an AOL Member? DON'T DOWNLOAD THE WEBRING IMAGES!! See the help page for more info.

4. Need Help? If you for some reason didn't receive the code, or you're having a problem with the way the code or graphics are displayed, go to the online help center for quick and easy instructions.

5. Important! Running this webring is a hell of a lot of work, and you make my job ten times harder by not putting the code up right away. So, I have a new rule: If the code's not up on your site within three days of your submission, I reserve the right to remove your site from the queue without notification. End of story.

Step #3: E-Mail Me!!

Let me know when the graphics and code are up on your site. If you forget this step, you won't be admitted into the ring right away because I'll forget you even exist.
