Lancaster County, Pennsylvania
Having lived many years in Lancaster County, and Esther being born and raised there, we moved from Lancaster to Shipshewana, Indiana.
Soudersburg, is in the heart of the Amish area, with horse and buggies traveling the same road and highways as cars and trucks. Route 30 is very busy, but go a block North or South and you will be in some of the most beautiful countryside I have seen.
While in Lancaster County, stop by the motel I worked in, the Soudersburg Motel on Route 30, and tell Sam & Dave we said "Hi". Check out their web page.
