About the Author

Steven Charles Solorio, the creator of this Hootie & the Blowfish site, died on Friday, January 3rd, 1997. He spent countless hours developing this site for you so I, his brother, Rob, hope you enjoy it. He died of complications from the Duchenne's muscular dystrophy he had. He was only 20 years old.
