District Four and Six


Worshipful Brother Joseph P. Vaughns is the District Manager for M.W. St. Joseph Grand Lodge A.F. & A.M. responsible for the area identified as District Four and Six. District Four covers the San Antonio metropolitan area, including Gonzales, San Marcos, Columbus, and Yoakum. This District basically extends from San Antonio eastward to Columbus, with all cities in this general area of the state being included. District Six covers the southern sector of the State. Cities included but not limited to are Beeville, Corpus Christi, Weslaco, etc. Brother Vaughns is the Past Master of Westside Lodge #1290, Patron of Esther Chapter #1291, Past Commander of the San Antonio Consistory #1, Past Perfect Master of San Antonio Chapter of the Rose Croix #1, Past Illustrious Potentate of Alkoran Shrine Temple #99, a member of the Board of directors of M.W. St. Joseph Grand Lodge, Grand Treasurer of the Grand Council of Deliberation of Texas, Chairman of the St. Joseph Volunteer Association, and a member of the A&A Supreme Council of the 33o and final degree in Masonry, where he serves as the Captain of the Guards.



Brenda Hall is currently the Associate Grand Matron of Mount Olive Grand Chapter and also serves as the Deputy District Manager for Mount Olive Grand Chapter, Order of the Eastern Star for the area identified as District Four and Six. In her capacity she provides supervision and clarification on any Chapter Business. She is the Past Worthy Matron of Esther Chapter #1291, where she served for twelve years, she also served Mount Olive Grand Chapter of the O.E.S. as Grand Esther prior to being elected as Associate Grand Matron, served Esther Chapter #1291 in previous years as Secretary and Treasurer and currently is the Tresurer in the St. Joseph Volunteer Association.
