Places Ty has Lived

Boston

Ty lived in Boston for a year after graduating from Yale. Though he never went inside, he had the privilege of living near the ultimate in casual dinning. How does he know it was the ultimate? Because there was a huge sign in front of it, reading: "THE ULTIMATE IN CASUAL DINNING". His favorite places include Harvard Square.

Columbus

Ty currently lives in Columbus, near the corner of N. High and Hudson. He very much enjoys all the fine shops in his neighborhood:
Middle Eastern restaurant and grocery Sinbad's
Indian restaurant Taj Mahal
Ethiopian restaurant The Blue Nile
New York style deli Cafe Bella
Jack & Benny's diner
coffee shops Moonspinners and Common Grounds
24 hour video store North Campus Video
hip comic book and alternative book store Monkey's Retreat
Japanese animation shop Neo Tokyo
excellent live band venue Stache's
neighborhood bar Dick's Den
plus the needed supermarket, laundromat, and hardware store.

Other things Ty likes to do around town include going to see modern dance performed by the OSU Department of Dance, or at The Wexner Center for the Arts.

To find out what's happening, Ty checks out Columbus Alive, the weekly free alternative paper.

Ty's favorite bar is Mac's Cafe (in the Short North), a Scottish pub which features over twenty kinds of single malt scotch.
