words flow through my ears
like revolution through the years
spawned by tears
still i hear
the cries of the opressed
with the stress
of the nation
eternal damnation
holy abomination!
batman!
the fat man
can't get no fatter
yes they scatter
my hopes on the breeze
the pigs yell freeze
i can't walk down my street
without some bacon on my knees
please
i dare you to compare me
to the shackles that ensnare me
to the light that infrares my eyes
keeps me blind
to the venues of my mind
lest i find opportunity knocks
when ya don't smoke rocks
my biological clock
goes tic toc
and so i rock
irate
and the knowledge penetrates
educates wipes the slate
clean of
dope fiends
like those who glean
off of welfare
like it was their fare
for being put here
like we care
but ya gotta stare
at the homeless on the streets
who can't afford to eat
and the men in the state
posing no debate
to the system that relaxes
when they don't pay their taxes
cuz it's always some other
not their sister
or their mother
being looked past
being put last
like an outcast
hang an X flag at half mast
for all the father's crying
and all the brother's dying
cuz a brother who is trying
they will always be denying
access to
the excess
cuz he's got less
or he smoked cess
we got a real mess here
shed a tear
cuz the end is near
