Purpose:
To honor an individual, group, or organization that has made significant contributions to the Friends of the Middletown Thrall Library.
Guidelines:
- Any member of the Friends of MTL may nominate a candidate.
- The award will be presented at the Friends annual meeting in May.
- Nominations must be received no later than 2 months prior to the Friends' annual meeting in May.
- In the event that no nominations are received or the members of the Awards Committee do not deem any of the nominations worthy, they may choose not to present an award that year.
Selection Process:
The Awards Committee will select the recipient from the nominations received.
Nominations:
Nomination forms will be available in the library or in the Focus newsletter.
