The Speech Pathologists' Association Near Dallas was founded in
September, 1994. The purpose of this association shall be to meet the needs
of speech-language pathologists in general and speech-language pathologists
in the public schools in particular.

When, where and how much?
Continuing education meetings take place the first Tuesday of every
month. They are held in Richardson at Region 10 Abrams Location, 904 Abrams
Road, in the Mockingbird Room.
Registration is conducted on site the evening of the meeting from 6:00 p.m.
to 6:30 p.m. SPAND meetings begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. and sessions
will end punctually at 8:30 p.m. Membership dues are $28 per year or
you may pay $7 for each meeting. There will be a small extra charge
for the Saturday workshop. The Saturday workshop will cost $3 for
those who have paid their $28 yearly membership dues and $10 for those who
are non-members.
