The badge of SMK Maxwell
was designed by Mr. Donald in the year
1954. Mr. Donald Priestly was also one of the headmasters of this
school. All the characteristics on the badge have their own meanings and each of
them is of great significance to the students. It also proves that
the school's success depends on the every students of SMK Maxwell.

There is a shield and an opened
book with a tiger standing beside it. "Discout Serviam" is
the motto of SMK Maxwell. It means "Learn to Serve".
There is a direction pointer which is surrounded by 8 stripes of
blue and white colours. This symbolizes the search for knowledge and truth and also
the effort to build high moral character amongst the
students so that they can serve the school and the country.
