Hi! I was a founding board member. Actually, the school started in our living room, on June 20th, 1989. The elementary school portion began in 1991, and then the LHU Foundation was largely complete by 1994. You will notice, howver, that the sign out front says the school started in 1997... the year we became a charter program. nbsp;
