I awake in the shadows of night
dreaming of love so far from sight

A dream has passed from here to there
showing only that which it cares

The ache inside burns for more
tho every time my heart is torn

So long I await, for loves embrace
the warmth of love shown on thy face

Yearning for only my loves touch
this feeling I've missed ever so much

Or shall I be forever doomed
to be alone in this world of gloom

A world of love, only in dreams
