Affirmation For Today I will, this day, live a sincere and serene life Repelling promptly every though of discontent, anxiety, Discouragement, impurity, untruth, and self-centeredness. I will cultivate cheerfulness, magnanimity, charity, And the habit of meditative silence. I will exercise economy in expenditure, generosity in giving, Mindfulness in conversation, Diligence in silence to the God & Goddess Fidelity in every trust, spoken and implied And carry childlike joy in my heart. I will be faithful in the lessons Mother and Father have bestowed upon me That they might be engraved on my heart And carry me through the day With wisdom of action and thought For I know that as a Pagan My thoughts are as vital, alive and able to manifest form As are my deeds. I follow wisdom in work, study, physical exercise Eating and sleeping, as wisdom in these acts Preserves the body Which protects and houses my spirit. Knowing that there is still much to learn As I follow this life path I place my faith in the God and Goddess That They might lead me through the narrow passages And rocky paths that I might encounter today, Where without them  I might fall. I know that I walk in their embrace And shall fly in my leaps of faith. So Mote It Be.
