Trip to Italy & Greece |
My trip started with a British Airways flight aboard a 777 to England with a layover at Gadwick airport. Then on to Milan aboard a 737 (what a downgrade !). |
Tower in Milan |
This court yard is part of the castle Sforzesco of Milan. Just look at the medieval architecture and the reflective wadding pool. |
Duomo Cathedral is set in front of a beautiful square full of street vendors. The church is an example of intricate Gothic style architecture. |
After Milan it's a four hour ride on the autostrada (Italian Interstate) to the floating city of Venice. |
Absorb the enchantment of Italy's floating city, built on 18 islands linked by canals and bridges. Ride on a Gondola that is guided by a real Italian who will talk on his cell phone and just ignore you, but anyway just take in the beautiful scenery. |
