You find yourself on a quiet beach, above you grandmother moon shines down all about you.

You need no light as you walk along the sand  warmed by father sun. The warmth spreads from the bottom of your feet up your ankles and calves traveling warming and unwinding all your muscles, releasing all tension out into the light of the moon.  The warm breeze as it surrounds you in it’s gentle embrace brings to you the fresh scent of the ocean and the sweet tropical smells of gardenia and jasmine.  Ahhhh, you feel at peace in harmony with Mother Earth and all her creatures.

Then as if a gift is bestowed on you, you see them, a school of dolphins who have swum in closer to shore to ask you to come and swim with them. You hear their laughter as they joyfully frolic in the warm waters. In you go buoyed up by the water, swimming and diving as you never have before with graceful ease. All about you, you see the phosphorescence in the water. It surrounds each dolphin and leaves a trail behind it as it swims and plays in the water. Like fairy dust it glimmers and shimmers and adds to the magic of this night.

You notice as you swim with your brothers the dolphins that it seems as if all the sorrows and sadness you have carried for so long  have vanished in the darkness.  Then one by one the dolphins  come and swim around you as they say goodbye, leaving you with this wonderful gift of healing.  You thank them for their gifts and share the love in your heart, as it radiates out and holds them for a moment in it’s embrace.

As you float back up onto the beach you realize what magic was in the air this beautiful night, you feel your connection to the universe and for a moment you remember what beauty and perfection you are.
