Submission Guidelines

Dialectic, Cosmos, and Society is looking for articles which serve the purposes of the journal as outlined above. Our preference is for original scientific, philosophical, or strategic thinking, or for original fiction or poetry, as opposed to scholarly studies of the work of other thinkers. We will, however, publish short articles which address the relevance of important thinkers to re-envisioning the next steps in the human civilizational project. If you are interested in submitting an article for publication you may either send a brief query outlining your thesis and argument, or you may submit a completed article. We prefer electronic submissions, in ASCII or Word format, on a 3.5" disk, accompanied by one hard copy.

Mail submissions to the Institute for Philosophy and Social Progress, 5521 Greenville Ave. #104-646, Dallas, Texas 75206 USA.

It also is possible to query and to make preliminary submissions by email (to diacosmos@earthlink.net ), though we may contact you requesting a hard copy. Evaluation of completed manuscripts requires at least six weeks. Submissions are evaluated on the basis of their contribution to realizing the purposes of the journal. We do not use blind review. Authors are expected to work with us on revisions.
