Disseminate from the Latin Dissėmino, i.  v.a. to scatter seed; fig. to spread abroad.

Probably only one of the rules found in the book of Genome is the Rule of Dissemination. This requires you to disseminate energy of any newly aquired quanta to 23 people. This ensures that the energy is in constant rotation. This is not Gospel, this is merely common sense. The action of dissemination also corresponds to the Universal Law of Energy (ULE) in that it seeks to as a medium memetically transfer itself. (See Psychospace).
