My spin on things.

Ok, I admit it. Ths page design is simplistic; but I've done it that way for a good reason. One of the most common myths is that I, as a gay man, should be able to cut hair, interior design, be able to match colors. Well, here is my take on those things:

I get my hair cut once every other year whether it needs it or not. And as I get older, it needs it less. Meanwhile, I have a pony-tail.

I am interior-designed challanged. If I can walk through the room without my glasses, it's fine. Ambiance? Atmosphere? Sonny and I have a home where you can put your feet up on the coffee table or stretch out on the floor. Our furniture is mismatched, and books are piled everywhere. If Better Homes and Gardens every does a spread on us, it will be for the before shots, I assure you.

Matching colors is why I don't care for appearances. I spent a good part of my college years working in a clothing store and learned 1 main thing. All it takes to look good is some money and the ability to listen to the salesman. If you do that, you can dress well. That's why it doesn't impress me too much.

As for artwork on these pages, I draw like a five-year old in the depths of depression. I don't understand abstract art and feel that it is a communication problem. Art for Art's sake is often Art for the artist's sake (stolen from Christopher Stasheff in his Warlock series).
