Sextet III

unpeeled 1

unpeeled
the many layers
perfectly conceal
the revelation

wild like this

the force of things beginning
in spring
an entire planet
wild like this

alarm

heed the writing on the wall
in case of emergency
break the glass

hope

anxious traveler
there's plenty of hope for you
leave room in your bags

afterglow

the water still warm
two lovers towling
lullabyes to each other

infection

the seeds of the germ in bodies intrude like thoughts from another's mind
