Anyone who loves watching TV in bed more than his spouse was
unsettled by recent news that, according to scientists, couples
who have a TV in the bedroom have only half as much sex as couples who
don’t! If you wanted the TV in the bedroom in the first
place and have been lobbying to keep it there you've got to admit: that’s
a pretty good argument for a no-TV bedroom.
But don’t get rid of that TV just yet. Keep it just a little bit
longer, and you may end up with more sex than ever, more than if you’d
never had the TV in the bedroom to begin with! Here's how.
First, have twice as much sex, with the TV still in the bedroom.
It may take some effort but if you really try, you can do it. It
may take some planning. Figure out how often you now have sex per week,
then double that figure. To calculate your rate of sex per week,
add up how many times you do it in a month and divide by four. Or,
mark each day on the calendar you have sex, and do it till there’s twice
as many marks.
Now you’re having twice as much sex, and the TV is still in the bedroom.
You can still catch your favorite shows, at least those that you’ve got
time for after all that new sex.
Still not enough? Then NOW is when you get rid of the TV.
That doubles your sex life automatically, if the scientists are right.
They usually are.
So you ended up without a TV in the bedroom after all. But at
least you’re having four times as much sex as when you started!
