WHAT IS THE RESURRECTION? WEBSTER DEFINES THE WORD "RESURRECTION" AS BEING BROUGHT BACK TO LIFE FROM THE DEAD. BUT, THE TRUE ETERNAL RESURRECTION IS BEING BORN FROM THE DEAD, QUICKENED, REVIVED, NEVER TO DIE AGAIN. JESUS CHRIST, THE SON OF GOD, THE CREATOR OF HEAVEN, AND EARTH, SAID THESE WORDS, "I AM THE RESURRECTION." IT IS JESUS CHRIST THAT RAISES US FROM THE DEAD.

Jn:11:21: Then said Martha unto Jesus, Lord, if thou hadst been here, my brother had not died.

Jn:11:22: But I know, that even now, whatsoever thou wilt ask of God, God will give it thee.

Jn:11:23: Jesus saith unto her, Thy brother shall rise again.

Jn:11:24: Martha saith unto him, I know that he shall rise again in the resurrection at the last day.

Jn:11:25: Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: (KJV)

THERE ARE IN THIS PRESENT WORLD, MULTITUDES OF PEOPLES THAT DO NOT BELIEVE IN THE RESURRECTION. YOU MAY WONDER HOW THAT I KNOW THAT THESE PEOPLE DO NOT BELIEVE IN THE RESURRECTION. THEY MAY SAY THAT THEY BELIEVE IN THE RESURRECTION, BUT THEIR EVIL DEEDS TESTIFY OTHERWISE. IF MEN AND WOMEN BELIEVED IN THE RESURRECTION, THEY WOULD NOT COMMIT SUCH HORRIBLE SINS AS ADULTERY, FORNICATION, UNCLEANNESS, LASCIVIOUSNESS, IDOLATRY, WITCHCRAFT, HATRED, VARIANCE, EMULATION, WRATH, STRIFE, SEDITION, HERESIES, ENVYINGS, MURDERS, DRUNKENNESS, REVELLING, AND SUCH LIKE. IF PEOPLE TRULY BELIEVED THAT THEY WOULD ONE DAY HAVE TO STAND BEFORE THEIR MAKER, AND GIVE AN ACCOUNT OF THE DEEDS DONE WHILE IN THIS TABERNACLE OF FLESH. THEY WOULD BE VERY CONCERNED ABOUT WHAT THEY SAY, AND WHAT THEY DO. ONLY THE ELECT OF GOD PLAN FOR A BETTER RESURRECTION. ONLY THOSE PREDESTINED FROM THE FOUNDATION OF THE WORLD, TRULY ANTICIPATE THE RESURRECTION.

Eph:1:1: Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, to the saints which are at Ephesus, and to the faithful in Christ Jesus:

Eph:1:2: Grace be to you, and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ.

Eph:1:3: Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ:

Eph:1:4: According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:

Eph:1:5: Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,

CHILDREN OF LIGHT, IS IT NECESSARY TO YOUR SALVATION TO BELIEVE IN THE RESURRECTION? YES, IF A MAN BELIEVES IN THE RESURRECTION IT IS COUNTED UNTO HIM FOR RIGHTEOUSNESS. AND WHEN A MAN CONFESSES THE LORD JESUS CHRIST AS HIS LORD, AND SAVIOUR HE CONFESSES UNTO SALVATION.

Rom:10:9: That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

Rom:10:10: For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

BELOVED OF GOD, THE RESURRECTION, THE LAST DAY, SHALL BE A WONDERFUL EVENT FOR THOSE THAT HAVE OBEYED THE COMMANDMENTS OF CHRIST. IN THIS PRESENT WORLD, WHEN A SAINT DIES, THE BODY OF THE SAINT PLANTED, IS A PHYSICAL BODY, IT IS RAISED IN THE RESURRECTION, A SPIRITUAL BODY. IT IS PLANTED IN WEAKNESS IT SHALL BE RAISED IN POWER. IT IS JESUS CHRIST THAT RAISES GOD'S CHILDREN FROM THE DEAD, ADAM WAS A LIVING SOUL, JESUS CHRIST IS A QUICKENING SPIRIT.

1Cor:15:42: So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption:

1Cor:15:43: It is sown in dishonour; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power:

1Cor:15:44: It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.

1Cor:15:45: And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.

BELOVED, THERE HAVE BEEN MEN THAT HAVE BEEN RAISED FROM THE DEAD, AS LASARUS WAS RAISED FROM THE DEAD, ONLY TO DEAD AGAIN. BUT WHEN A MAN IS SPIRITUALLY BORN FROM THE DEAD, HE NEVER DIES AGAIN. JESUS CHRIST WAS THE FIRST BORN OF EVERY CREATURE. GOD, THE FATHER, CREATED ALL THINGS VISIBLE, AND INVISIBLE BY JESUS CHRIST. JESUS CHRIST WAS THE ONLY GOD EVER CREATED, OR EVER SHALL BE CREATED. HE WAS THE FIRST BORN OF EVERY CREATURE. WHAT IS A CREATURE ? SOMETHING CREATED. JESUS CHRIST IS THE FIRST BORN OF EVERY CREATURE, AND THE FIRST BORN FROM THE DEAD THAT HE MIGHT HAVE PREEMINENCE IN ALL THINGS.

Col:1:14: In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:

Col:1:15: Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:

Col:1:16: For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:

Col:1:17: And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.

Col:1:18: And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.

Col:1:19: For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell;

CHILDREN OF LIGHT, SINCE GOD THE FATHER HAS RAISED HIS BELOVED SON FROM THE DEAD, IT HAS BEGOTTEN US TO A LIVELY HOPE THAT WE TOO SHALL BE RAISED FROM THE DIED. WHY IS IT SO IMPORTANT TO BELIEVE IN THE RESURRECTION? FOR ONE THING IT IS PART OF THE PLAN OF SALVATION. BUT, IT ALSO GIVES HOPE TO THOSE WHOSE LOVED ONES HAVE DIED, THAT THEY SHALL SEE THEIR LOVE ONES AGAIN. IT ALSO GIVES HOPE TO THE BLIND THAT THEY SHALL SEE AGAIN IN THE RESURRECTION. IT ALSO GIVES HOPE TO THE CRIPPLE THAT THEY SHALL HAVE A NEW BODY IN THE RESURRECTION.

1Pt:1:3: Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,

1Pt:1:4: To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you,

1Pt:1:5: Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.

SAINTS OF GOD, THE RESURRECTION ALSO GIVES HOPE TO THE POOR THAT THEY SHALL HAVE AN ABUNDANCE OF ALL GOOD THINGS IN THE RESURRECTION. THE BIBLE SAYS BLESSED ARE THE POOR IN SPIRIT, FOR THEIRS IS THE KINGDOM OF GOD. ARE THE POOR BLESSED BECAUSE THEY ARE POOR, NOT NECESSARILY. BUT TO BE IN THE SPIRIT, IN THE BODY OF CHRIST, IS WERE PEOPLE ARE BLESSED. FOR IT IS IN THE BODY OF CHRIST, THAT WE SHALL RECEIVE ETERNAL LIFE.

1Jn:5:11: And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. (KJV)

WE, AS CHILDREN OF GOD, BECAUSE OF THE PROMISES OF GOD, HAVE HOPE OF SUCH WONDERFUL GIFTS AS, ETERNAL LIFE, AN IMMORTAL BODY. HAVE YOU EVER THOUGHT ON ETERNAL LIFE? TO LIVE A HUNDRED THOUSAND YEARS, AND NOT BE READY FOR THE GRAVE. YOU MAY WONDER HOW CAN THIS BE ? THE HUMAN BODY IS A TRINITY IN UNITY. IT IS MADE UP OF BODY, SOUL, AND SPIRIT. IT IS MADE UP OF A LIVING PHYSICAL BODY THAT YOU SEE AND TOUCH. THAT PART OF THE HUMAN BODY SHALL PERISH. BUT, THERE IS THE SOUL, ALSO REFERRED TO BY THE HOLY SCRIPTURES AS THE INWARD MAN. THE SOUL OF MAN SHALL LIVE IN ETERNITY. FOR THE INWARD MAN THE SOUL IS RENEWED DAY, BY DAY.

2Cor:4:16: For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day. (KJV)

BELOVED, WHEN THE SPIRIT LEAVES THE HUMAN BODY, THE BODY DIES.

Jms:2:26: For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.

HOLY CHILDREN, JOB, IN THE TIME OF HIS GREAT SUFFERING, AFTER SATAN HAD KILLED HIS CHILDREN, AFTER SATAN HAD TAKEN HIS WEALTH, AFTER THE OLD SERPENT, THE DEVIL, HAD COVERED HIS BODY WITH SORE BOILS FROM THE SOLES OF HIS FEET, TO THE CROWN OF HIS HEAD. JOB WAS INSPIRED OF GOD TO SAY SOME OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL WORDS, EVER RECORDED CONCERNING THE RESURRECT. LISTEN AS I READ THESE BEAUTIFUL WORDS FROM THE BOOK OF JOB.

Jb:19:25: For I know that my redeemer liveth, and that he shall stand at the latter day upon the earth:

Jb:19:26: And though after my skin worms destroy this body, yet in my flesh shall I see God:

Jb:19:27: Whom I shall see for myself, and mine eyes shall behold, and not another; though my reins be consumed within me.

CHRISTIAN BRETHREN, THERE IS NO HIDING FROM GOD IN THE RESURRECTION. A MAN MAY HAVE HIS BODY BURNED, AND HIS ASHES SCATTERED OVER A BODY OF WATER, OR OVER BARREN GROUND. BUT, IN THE RESURRECTION THOSE ASHES WILL COME TOGETHER. THE LORD SHALL SPEAK, AND THE BONES SHALL COME TOGETHER, BONE TO HIS BONE, AND FLESH WILL COME UPON THE BONES, AND BREATH WILL COME INTO THE BODY, AND THE BODY SHALL COME TO LIFE, AND STAND UPON ITS FEET. IN THESE VERSES OF SCRIPTURE EZEKIEL IS SPEAKING AND HE SAYS THESE WORDS.

Ez:37:1: The hand of the Lord was upon me, and carried me out in the spirit of the Lord, and set me down in the midst of the valley which was full of bones,

Ez:37:2: And caused me to pass by them round about: and, behold, there were very many in the open valley; and, lo, they were very dry.

Ez:37:3: And he said unto me, Son of man, can these bones live? And I answered, O Lord GOD, thou knowest.

Ez:37:4: Again he said unto me, Prophesy upon these bones, and say unto them, O ye dry bones, hear the word of the Lord.

Ez:37:5: Thus saith the Lord GOD unto these bones; Behold, I will cause breath to enter into you, and ye shall live:

Ez:37:6: And I will lay sinews upon you, and will bring up flesh upon you, and cover you with skin, and put breath in you, and ye shall live; and ye shall know that I am the Lord.

Ez:37:7: So I prophesied as I was commanded: and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and behold a shaking, and the bones came together, bone to his bone.

Ez:37:8: And when I beheld, lo, the sinews and the flesh came up upon them, and the skin covered them above: but there was no breath in them.

Ez:37:9: Then said he unto me, Prophesy unto the wind, prophesy, son of man, and say to the wind, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe upon these slain, that they may live.

Ez:37:10: So I prophesied as he commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they lived, and stood up upon their feet, an exceeding great army.

Ez:37:11: Then he said unto me, Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel: behold, they say, Our bones are dried, and our hope is lost: we are cut off for our parts.

Ez:37:12: Therefore prophesy and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, O my people, I will open your graves, and cause you to come up out of your graves, and bring you into the land of Israel.

SAINTS OF THE MOST HIGH GOD, WHEN SHALL THE RESURRECT TAKE PLACE? AT THE LAST DAY. BUT, LET NO MAN DECEIVE YOU, THE DAY OF THE LORD SHALL NOT COME, BEFORE THE ANTICHRIST MAKES HIS APPEARANCE. HE SHALL MAKE WAR WITH THE SAINTS OF GOD, AND SHALL OVERCOME MULTITUDES OF GOD'S CHILDREN. LISTEN AS I READ FROM THE BOOK OF

2Thes:2:1: Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him,

2Thes:2:2: That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.

2Thes:2:3: Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

2Thes:2:4: Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.

2Thes:2:5: Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things?

2Thes:2:6: And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time.

2Thes:2:7: For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.

2Thes:2:8: And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:

2Thes:2:9: Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,

2Thes:2:10: And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

2Thes:2:11: And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:

2Thes:2:12: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

LITTLE CHILDREN, NO MAN KNOWS THE DAY OR HOUR THAT JESUS CHRIST SHALL RETURN, BUT WE AS CHILDREN OF GOD, ARE NOT IN THE DARK THAT THAT DAY SHOULD OVERTAKE US AS A THIEF. THE ANTI CHRIST SHALL REIGN 42 MONTHS, THREE AND ONE HALF YEARS. AND CHRIST SHALL SLAY THE ANTICHRIST WHEN HE RETURNS. THEREFORE, IF YOU WILL MARK THE DAY THE ANTICHRIST BEGINS TO REIGN, AND COUNT 42 MONTHS FROM THAT DATE. YOU SHOULD BE VERY CLOSE TO THE DAY CHRIST RETURNS. THOSE BEHEADED FOR THEIR WITNESS OF JESUS CHRIST, SHALL RISE IN THE FIRST RESURRECTION.

Rv:20:4: And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

Rv:20:5: But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.
