The child of Gemsinger and Coldarrow, born outside of recognition, Songdaughter came into her healing powers early due to a nearly tragic accedent that would have cost her her mother's life had the young girl came into her powers at just the right moment.

The fact that she was born outside of recognition made it doubly amazing that she should have the healing magic, and such strong magic at that. Not that only recognized-born elves had magic or strong magic, it was just very rare.

A strong healer and very knowlegable about the plants and herbs growing around and about the holt, Songdaughter spends most of her time in her den, mixing awful-smelling ilixers over a small flame and crushing certain leaves into a pulp. She is always willing to go on hunts, as sometimes the prey does not die well and a healer can end life with mercy and compassion, so that the prey does not even have to feel the momentary pain of a clubbed head or a spear through it's heart.

Though she favors the wolves more than the ravens and will heal their hurts along with the elves, she will not neglect her duties as a healer to them as well. But, other than the occational mending, Songdaughter stays pretty much away from the large ravens of her RavenBrook.

She does not have a lifemate, though in the past, Lastfall and Roughcall have been known to share her furs from time to time, together or individually.

Songdaughter has had no lovemate other than them and Lastfall was her first. She holds a special place in her heart for the firey-tempered elf woman.

Her wolf-friend is Shystalker, alpha female of the pack.
