GATE Technology Camp 2000

was held at Truman Middle School

July 24 - July 26

Middle school GATE students from throughout the district were invited to participate in this three day program. Guest instructors included Dr. Mary Cardenas, professor of engineering at Harvey Mudd College, Michelle Williams from the WISE project at the University of California at Berkeley, Ken Berry from the Jet Propulsion Laboratory and Rick Highberger from LEGO/Pitsco. Instructors from Truman Middle School were Patricia Rynearson, Ken Decroo, Silvana Pierce, Pam Deer and Pat Mazzulli. More than 80 FUSD students participated.
