This question has nearly brought this country to its knees. Or has it showed to us and the world just what is wrong with our society. When we don't get our way we file suit.

This country was made great by what we produce, oil, gold, food, idea's, and now the most powerfull of all the Web. The Web, the communication tool to beat all others a thousand fold.

Litigation, a liars form of faith. A fools way to forgive. And the right way to drop a country to its depths.

If I loose my job tomorrow I think I'll sue, not on your life!

Mining has existed nearly as long as man. Lately mining is under siege by organizations who intend to smother its benefits.
