Step 1:  Call someone

Step 2:  Begin this dialogue

You:  Hello, I'd like to suggest a site.
Other person:  What?
You:  I said I'd like to suggest a site.
Other person:  What the hell are you talking about?
You:  You should check out this site.  It's called (site name).
Other person:  OK, whatever.  Psycho.
You:  I'm not psycho!  I just wanted to suggest a site!
Other person:  (hangs up)
