I am 39 years old, married, a mother of 2 girls, 12 and 15 years old. I have no hobbies other than powerlifting. I own my own business called Interior Plantscapes. We install and maintain tropical plants in malls, offices etc.

I have been involved in Powerlifting for 9 years. Last year was my first Worlds Competition and considered it an honor. I had the meet of my life ending up with a 347 squat, 176 bench, 369 dead lift and an 892 total.

The 1998 Maryland State meet was even a better meet for me. I made all PRs again ending up with a National Squat Record of 363 , 181 bench, 374 deadlift and a 918 Total.

I did not end up with any PRs at the 1999 Nationals but still managed to leave with 1^st place. My training and weight is going very well this cycle. I plan to come back and get all new PRs once again. I am once again looking forward to this year’s special event.
