Once again we have tried valiantly to produce this festival guide in a timely manner, so it would be as useful to you as possible. This frequently meant trying to mail it to you as early in the festival year as humanly possible, but circumstances beyond our control have again thwarted my efforts to achieve that goal until now.  

As always, we have endeavored to make certain all details and information is as accurate and complete as possible and we are once again indebted to all the promoters and sponsors of the festivals for their assistance in providing us this information.  We would suggested that you show  your appreciation to these promoters by thanking each of them when you attend their festivals this season.
