Depression is no laughing matter! It's a serious disease, but serious DOESN'T have to mean fatal! Rebecca's Corner of the Net has bunches of good sections, but I particularly enjoyed the information she's gathered about mania/depression. Friends, sometimes it's NOT just "the blues"... but take heart! You're not alone, it's not hopeless, and there's LOTS you can do. This is a great place to start finding out what and how! Knowledge IS power.
