With 18 years of work, and Specialisation in Consulting, Projects, Development, Implantation and Support of Software, I worked from 1990 to 1996 like the Operational Director of a Consulting Company, Tailor Co., working with Industries, Hotels, Banks and Transports Companies in charge of the above fields. I also coodinated the implantation of the Total Quality Program, to get the ISO 9000’s.

Actualy I’ve been doing the same at other company that I’m a partneer, too (Shift). Some of our clients: Xerox, Brazilian Navy, Sony Music, Mastercard (Credicard), Citybank, Mc Donald’s, Vasp, Parthenon Medical, etc…

I also coordinated, like consultant, all the Internet & Intranet Business Plans, Projects and implantation to Credicard Mastercard.

Like Director and Manager, I worked at 3 big Hotel Groups at Brazil and Europe in charge of all activities of Informatics and Automation, Equipment and Instalations Operation, Maintenance and Contracts, Spare Parts Managment (Ceasar Park Hotels, Othon Hotels and Grão Para Hotel Group).

Besides my experience at hotelary, I acted like Manager and Supervisor of Maintenance and Projects in Big Industries and Fast-Food Restaurants (Mc Donald’s, Fiat, Glidden, British American Tobacco, etc).

I’ve been acting like Consulting Enginner for Maintenance Managment and Total Quality Managment, for Transports, Industries and Hotels.

At Academics activities, I’ve been a teacher of 3 Top Universities, on Post Graduation and Graduation Courses of Hotel Managment with subjects of Maintenance Engineering, Hotel's Installations, Hotel Automatization, Informatics and Quality.

It’s important to say, too, that I had a very detached action in Energy Conservation, and in find, qualify and test new suppliers for spare parts at Brazil and abroad.
